Yes, it's OK if you are an ex-felon, and yes it's OK if you are still on parole or probation, and yes it's OK if you have lousy credit! NO we do not do credit checks, and NO, we do not do background checks.

Here is what you need to do:

1) Make an appointment to take a tour and talk to us...

....so that we can take the time to tell you all about us and what we do. If you like what you hear, and would like to stay with us, come visit us for a tour.

2) Meet us at the time and place we give you.

3) Bring with you $160 in cash ($75 first week + $75 last week + $10 refundable key fee).

4) Bring any clothing and small personal items you may have (it's ok if you have nothing).
